David worked in the UK in domestic and international corporate sales for major publishing companies, and then led an award-winning team as a sales/marketing manager for a London-based retail printing company, later becoming part of a small team that set up an early web-based printing service.
Moving to Australia in 2000 he worked in the dot com and startup sectors before moving to a healthcare franchise where he netted the company over $1M in franchise sales using a combination of traditional and online sales, marketing and public relations strategies.
David has a keen interest in retail precinct (‘high street’) activation and has launched and managed projects involving large events and promotions which have gained national TV/radio/print media coverage.
He has also worked as an advisor/consultant for a Federal Government supported scheme (GBSBAS) to assist businesses with up to 20 employees with marketing and digital marketing.

Anna has worked as a journalist, bureau chief, academic and public relations consultant and has won many awards in these roles. She has written for National Business Review (NZ), The Australian Financial Review and The Economist and has worked in radio and TV (National Radio News in Australia and TVNZ’s Eye Witness program).
As a public relations consultant she has worked for large corporations, industry peak bodies and government departments.
